Cont.- foreign policy, agriculture, economics, not to mention insurance rates premiums.

  2. sig22045: America …
sig22045: America was started by people who disagreed with taxation without representation, tax cuts for the rich and higher taxes for the middle class and poor (Boston tea party). Increasing the supply of what? I’m not an economics major and I’m quite sure you aren’t either. It’s easy to throw a solution at a problem when you don’t understand what the consequences may be. This “supply” has to come from somewhere must cost something and may have an effect on the environment, trade agreements,

  3. The rest of the …
The rest of the world is messed up that’s why America happened. I don’t want to be like any other country. Government should have VERY LITTLE to do with your life. The way to solve the problem is increase the supply. This is hard to do with a corporate lawyer run government. Remember America was started by small business men who didn’t want the government messing with there lives. Liberty first!

  4. Socialism and …
Socialism and communism have been tried in the past, but to no avail. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY PEOPLE!

  5. According to the …
According to the U.S. Census Bureau:

Of the 45 million uninsured Americans:

18 million are aged 18-34 – they spend 4 times more on alcohol and dining-out and spent zero for MEDICAL insurance

17 million Americans earn over $50,000 dollars

9 million Americans earn over $75,000 per year

  6. Oh yeah, and …
Oh yeah, and drivers are NOT required to own auto insurance. I have a drivers license, i drive and have NO auto insurance. Why, b/c all the owners of the cars i drive have insurance. No state requires drivers to have auto insurance, they require registered automobiles to carrier insurance. What blatant spin!

  7. What is …
What is underinsured? having to pay for my doctor visit? or not having to pay for my doctor visit, but when i get cancer there are no benefits.

  8. Now you are …
Now you are mandated to pay taxes to private corporations… Brilliant Mitt! And yet still 35K unisured. Welcome to Health Care Fascism!

  9. Government has no …
Government has no more ability to give us all health care than it does to make us all wealthy. All they do is get in the way and introduce costly inefficiencies. Since Medicare, the FDA, physician licensing, & insurance regulations have driven up health care costs why do people think that more government is the answer? Get government out of the way and watch the costs fall. If this weren’t true then why not have the government run everything ala communism?
